Cypriot Young Scientists Organisation is run by democratically elected young scientists. Its officers are elected by the supreme collective body of the Organisation, the General Assembly. In general, the NGO is run by young people for young people, expanding internally in a vast array of collective bodies, all executing their own special administrative status.
